The collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 218 and 320 th Street at 1:32pm. The Iowa State Patrol says 66-year-old Steven Kapping of Osage was driving a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado westbound on 320 th Street when he failed to stop at the stop sign at Highway 218 and was hit by a 1988 Kenworth semi driven by 45-year-old Darin M.
