Goi want to thank everybody that is here. We are on our way and it will take a while. It will take some time. We are about once we do the fiscal feasibility which was never required with these projects in the past. Once we get past this hurdle we go into the Environmental Quality process and everything will be heard about the impact of communities and around the city but i think the warriors and all of us want to give you a vision of where were going and that needs to be kept in front of us and we cant use this opportunity where we have a fantastic investment in our city.
