Osceola County to extend program that funds degrees for high school graduates

Osceola County Commissioner, Brandon Arrington, announced the Osceola Prosper Program that will give all 2023 high school graduates in the county free college is back with $8.3 million in funding at the tenth annual state-of-the-county address at Osceola Heritage Park on Wednesday afternoon.
