Ossipee FD tackles chimney fire January 28, 2021OSSIPEE — On Sunday, Jan. 24 at 3:53 p.m., Center Ossipee Fire was dispatched to 75 Broad Bay Rd. for a reported building fire. Engine 3 was the first to arrive in seven minutes, simultaneously with Deputy Chief Nate Williams. Engine 3 Firefighter Carter Clay ordered a second alarm immediately. Crews found heavy fire conditions in the basement, first floor and second floor walls of a two and a half story lakefront home, the home was approximately 40 x 60. Deputy Williams directed two hoselines be stretched to begin extinguishment. At 4:03 p.m....
