SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — The California Association of Realtors is apologizing for its role in pushing policies that drove racial segregation in the state, decades after the group put its money behind a proposition that overturned the state’s first fair housing law.
The trade group says it's taking "bold action" to address the legacy of discrimination that continues to impact access to housing today.
The month-to-month drop represented a 2% dip, but the year-to-year data shows a 2.7% rise, according to California Association of Realtors.
