It has to be equal priority for all of us. But senator i think your point is very well made. And not sure we would reward our Program Managers very well. But that is read as decisions are made. How is it altered of the decisions are directed to that manager . I would say is if you have someone the leader needs to be held accountable also. But the cost sharing has to be considered.
