Opponents of Harmony Grove housing projects warn of possible fire evacuation tragedy
A group of residents of the Harmony Grove area east of Escondido, where two housing developments totaling about 800 homes were recently approved by the county, warned yesterday that a fire evacuation tragedy like what happened during the Camp Fire in Paradise could happen here.
