Make a subjective business judgment call in terms of the right balance and how many square feet for a studio, one bedroom, two bedroom is and is it 1100 feet or 1350 square feet . We have made a decision guided by the limits imposed by the eir and the original approvals to go to the higher unit end of unit count and adjust the size slightly lower. We still have met the 40 two and three bedroom threshold. Thats a factual statement and exactly where we were and recall us having been in 2005.
