Cole West played a huge role last week in leading West to the outright Region 5 championship. Offensively he caught five passes for 35 yards and two touchdowns and then defensively recorded four tackles and one interception as Roy rolled past Northridge for the 49-14 win to finish the regular season an 8-2 record. Roy’s coach said West played nearly every snap in the with against Northridge.
