PLANS to build 29 more new homes in Ellesmere Port have been given the go-ahead.
Dan Whelan Developer Lane End Group has been given the go-ahead to build 116 homes at the former Horwich Loco Works in Bolton, part of Bluemantle Group’s £262m redevelopment of the site. Councillors voted unanimously in favour of the project, which features a mix of 78 one- and two-bedroom apartments, and 38 two-, three-, and four-bedroom family houses.
