Nearly two dozen talented artists from multiple countries are getting ready to paint the town in Carson City this fall. The inaugural Murals and Music Festival, Sept. 28-30, will bring local, national, and international artists to Carson City to paint murals live throughout the city.

The Desert Sage Trading Company will be hosting an artist reception at their Carson City shop, located at 2151 Lone Mountain, from 5 pm to 8 pm Friday evening. The title of the show is “Beautiful Beasts and the Interconnection of Being.”
