Rupert Wingfield Hayes has the latest from the town of suao, around 25 miles north of the earthquake s epicentre, where over a hundred people remain trapped inside a tunnel, along a coastal highway. This is the moment the quake struck a taipei tv station in the middle of its morning news show. The shaking was intense and prolonged, even in the capital more than 100 miles from the quake s epicentre. This is what it did to Morning Traffic on an elevated highway.
