The Panhandle State Association of Alumni and Friends is proud to announce the 2021 Alumni Hall of Fame Induction. This year will be a double induction of the 2020 and 2021 Hall of Fame honorees. The honorees will be recognized on May 22nd on campus for all to join.
Judge Ronald Kincannon and Dr. Douglas Steele will be inducted as the 2020 honorees as their ceremony was postponed last year. The 2021 inductees will be David Petty and Louis Sims.
Judge Ronald Kincannon graduated from Panhandle State in 1970, receiving a degree in Psychology with a minor in Math and Military Science. He had a decorated career in the U.S. Army. Kincannon went on to practice law, and in time was elected to serve as a judge in Cimarron County. He served for 24 years before retiring to spend time with his family. Judge Kincannon was a vital part of the Panhandle Promise at OPSU for our education stude ....
