Hi there, I would appreciate some advice from HR / employment law specialists. An employee is overdue for their annual appraisal, and is also presently subject to a disciplinary investigation on their performance. The employee has at the same time raised a grievance on their Line Manager, and this is being rolled into the investigation. Their grievance includes allegations of a lack of line management, which includes not having appraisals or regular feedback prior to the disciplinary being raised.
