Robert Eugene Webb
Robert Eugene Webb, better known as Bob, Pappa Webb or just Dad, was born in Tulare, California, Sunday, March 8th, 1936. He was the second of three sons born to Bessie and Howard Webb of Visalia California. Both of his brothers died at young ages and though he was born the middle son, Bob grew up as the only surviving child to his parents. He learned at a very young age the value of an honest day's hard work, integrity, courtesy, commitment, and morals. Values he values he instilled in his 3 children and exemplified throughout his lifetime. He was an amazing leader and true gentleman.
