Bob Wheaton fell in love with skiing in junior high at Mt. Holly Resort, between Detroit and Flint, Mich., when his friends lured him first thing to the top of the 1,247-foot peak, no instruction.
As our email boxes get flooded by a group called Residents Against Sprawl, we see that dirty politics have entered our beautiful little mountain town. I notice that none of these people are courageous enough to put their names on the emails nor do they submit their letters to the editor of the Park Record, who has been very thorough and fair in printing what the public sends in.
