Parma postal depot, a one-time Chevy plant, sells for $34 million
The check was in the mail earlier this month for Industrial Commercial Properties of Solon after one of its affiliates sold a huge building on Chevrolet Boulevard to a Chicago-based owner of federal postal service properties.
