Plan. the americans that didn t go to college and paid down their debt already, they took out private loans, maybe they wouldn t be as impacted by this and didn t feel the need. the president speaking to jacqui heinrich in the room. she shouted the question, did you fail these people. he said no, pushing the blame on congressional republicans. we ll see if the american people feel the same way. neil? neil: this was going to forgive up to $20,000 worth of college debt for those earning up to $125,000 a year. many when they started parsing through that were thinking, wait a minute. that is far from everybody let alone people that weren t going to college or didn t fit the criteria to get this. so he was angrying a lot of people that say this was unbalanced and unfair. he said it set expectations beyond those that wanted their college loans or some forgiven to others that might be in ....

Of years now. what s happened in the two years? what have people been able to spend money on that they would not have otherwise been able to do if they had been on the hook for narrow debt repayments every month? it s the basics, food, gas in your car, all of which has gotten notably more expensive. when it comes inflationary implications, there are some economists during the proposal when biden put this out in the fall last year said it s possible that this forgiveness could be more inflationary. that s a very difficult thing to discern. a lot of economics have been parsing through to see whether or not that would indeed be the case. we have to remember, 10,000 to $20,000, you know, even though thisdebt, that is still only a portion of the $1.6 trillion in total tunts loans. so it is a bit i guess stretched to say that it will lead to inflation in the future. but again, it is a moot point now. and spending power for those ....

The oath lands on jurors. people are capable of acting out of principle. one of the great vineyards that you referenced was the only juror her spoke in the manafort trial, was that juror. what she said is i left my mega hat in my car. she had a little comment also, she said, by the way, if donald trump is the king of pardoning paul manafort, that would be a mistake. you know, there was a concern in enron, if you tried the case in houston, the jury would be unduly harsh that on the defendant. instead, they did a really good job of parsing what we had proved, what we hadn t proved. it wasn t guilty on everything. the e. jean carroll case, they did not find liability of rape, they did find it on sexual assault. jurors, the vast majority of cases, they rise to the occasion. ....

Job of parsing what we had proved, what we hadn t proved. it wasn t guilty on everything. the e. jean carroll case, they did not find liability of rape, they did find it on sexual assault. jurors, the vast majority of cases, they rise to the occasion. now, it is important to have a judge who does a very careful jury selection process. for both sides, to make sure that you re not getting somebody who has a predetermine view, they re gonna listen to the facts and obey the law. but 99 times out of 100, that s what happens. i agree with bread, if you have a very strong case, the best that s going to happen for the defendant is a hung jury. not an acquittal. that s what it would ve been john durham lost two of his trials, that was such a blowout, that meant that 24 jurors actually disagreed. there was not a hung jury in either case. so, i think people should calm down about florida, they re citizens in florida, their citizens all over this country. every day, show up on honduras and do thei ....
