Illinois company sued over employee fingerprint scans
Wise EDWARDSVILLE — An Illinois company that required fingerprint scans from its employees is facing a lawsuit alleging violation of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. Partrick Scott, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, filed a complaint Feb. 11 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Keyser Enterprises Inc., alleging violation of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.
