Come 2020 . House debate over the president s racest tweets was fiercely partisan and unruly, the congressman presiding over the debate got up and walked away. Frankly, i was embarrassed to remain as the chair, presiding over what should have been a very shameful moment for all of u us. Can i make a point of order . In fairness its not enough.
