काठमाडौँ, साउन १२ गते । नेपाली काँग्रेसको क्रियाशील सदस्यता विवादले अब निकास पाउने भएको छ । क्रियाशील सदस्यताको छानबिन गर्न गठित समितिले आफ्नो जिम्मेवारी पूरा गरी मङ्गलबार पार्टी सभापति शेरबहादुर देउवासमक्ष अन्तिम प्रतिवेदन बुझाउने भएको छ । झन्डै पाँच महिनाको निरन्तर छानबिनपछि समितिले आफ्नो जिम्मेवारी पूरा गरी प्रतिवेदन बुझाउन लागेको समितिले जनाएको छ ।
पार्टीको केन्द्रीय समितिले असार २० गतेसम्म छानबिन कार्य पूरा गर्न समितिलाई समयसीमा दिए पनि विवाद बढेपछि काँग्रेसको पदाधिकारी बैठकले समितिको म्याद असार मसान्तसम्म थप गर्दा पनि विवाद समाधान हुन नसकेपछि सभापति देउवाले तत्काल यसको समाधान गर्न र महाधिवेशनमा जुट्न निर्देशन दिनुभएको थियो । सभापतिको निर्देशनपछि केन्द्रीय सदस्य रमेश लेखकको संयोजकत्वमा गठित समितिले आफ्नो कार्य पूरा गरेको जानकारी सो समितिले दिएको हो ।
यसैबीच काँग्रेसका सभापति देउवाले मङ्गलबार पार्टी पदाधिकारी तथा पूर्वपदाधिकारीको बैठक बोलाउनुभएको छ । पार्टीको क्रियाशील सदस्यताको अन्तिम निकास निकाल्नुका साथै महाधिवेशनको आवश्यक तयारीसमेत गर्न पदाधिकारी बैठक बोलाइएको पार्टीका मुख्य सचिव कृष्णप्रसाद पौडेलले जानकारी दिनुभयो । सभापतिको निजी निवास बूढानीलकण्ठमा बोलाइएको सो बैठकमा महाधिवेशनको नयाँ कार्यतालिकाबारे छलफल हुने जनाइएको छ ।
यसअघि बसेको काँग्रेसको पदाधिकारी बैठकले साउन १२ बाट स्थानीय तहको वडा अधिवेशन गर्ने कार्यतालिका अर्को व्यवस्था नभएसम्म स्थगित गर्ने निर्णय गरेको थियो । क्रियाशील सदस्यता विवाद, त्यसलाई जिल्ला हुँदै वडा तहसम्म पु¥याउनुपर्ने र समय लाग्ने जनाउँदै पार्टीले स्थानीय तहका वडा अधिवेशन रोक्ने निर्णय गरेको थियो ।
अब पदाधिकारी बैठकमा क्रियाशील सदस्यताको विषयमा सहमति जुटेपछि त्यसलाई केन्द्रीय समितिको बैठक बोलाएर अनुमोदन गर्ने योजना छ । त्यसपछि बल्ल अधिवेशनले गति लिने जानकारी नेताहरूले दिएका छन् ।
स्थानीय तहको वडा, नगरपालिका तथा गाउँपालिका स्तर, क्षेत्र, जिल्लाको अधिवेशनको कार्यतालिकामा सामान्य परिमार्जन गरी केन्द्रीय महाधिवेशन पूर्वनिर्धारित कार्यतालिकामै सक्ने काँग्रेसको योजना छ ।
पार्टीले आगामी भदौ १६ देखि १९ गतेसम्म काठमाडौँमा केन्द्रीय महाधिवेशन गर्ने निर्णय यसअघि नै गरिसकेको छ । त्यसअघि स्थानीय तहका अधिवेशन सक्नुपर्नेछ ।
काँग्रेसका युवा नेता रञ्जित कर्णले क्रियाशील सदस्यताको नाममा पार्टीमा विवाद गर्न नहुने उल्लेख गर्दै यसलाई विधि र पद्धतिका आधारमा टुङ्गो लगाउनुपर्ने बताउनुभयो । एउटै खालको समस्यामा फरक–फरक मापदण्ड बनाएका कारण तराईका केही जिल्लामा समस्या देखिएको दाबी उहाँले गर्नुभयो । निर्वाचन क्षेत्र धेरै भएको र मतदाता सङ्ख्यासमेत धेरै भएकाले क्रियाशील सदस्यताका नाममा तराई क्षेत्रमा विवाद हुँदा त्यसले काँग्रेसलाई निर्वाचनमा असर गर्न सक्नेतर्फ नेताहरू सजग हुनुपर्ने उहाँको सुझाव छ ।
काँग्रेस काभ्रेका जिल्ला सभापति मधु आचार्यले क्रियाशील सदस्यता छानबिन समितिले आफ्नो प्रतिवेदन बुझाएपछि सबै क्रियाशीलको नाम सार्वजनिक गरी त्यसउपरसमेत छलफल गरेर निचोडमा पुग्नु उचित हुने बताउनुभयो । क्रियाशील सदस्यताको विवादले पार्टीलाई स्थानीय तहको निर्वाचनमा असर गर्नसक्ने भएकाले यसलाई समयमै समाधान गर्नुपर्ने उहाँको भनाइ छ ।
