An anarchist clown pies a 'child god' at Detroit City Hall
A rebel reporter with the radical newspaper Fifth Estate greeted the Guru Mahara Ji, appearing before the Detroit City Council in August 1973, with a pie in the face. The guru's followers weren't about to let pie thrower Pat Halley off the hook.
