Man arrested on arson charge after Ocean Springs house fire Updated Feb 05, 2021; OCEAN SPRINGS, Mississippi -- A 35-year-old Ocean Springs man has been charged with arson after fire and police units responded to a house fire on Bowen Avenue early Friday morning. According to Ocean Springs police Capt. Ryan LeMaire, the fire was reported shortly after midnight Friday. Ocean Springs firefighters were able to extinguish the fire, which had been contained to the front yard.
