Many of those mills along the Nashua and Merrimack rivers that once wove textiles to help clothe a growing nation now provide desperately needed housing for working-class families. In that spirit of meeting current needs without removing its roots, Leominster recently celebrated a milestone in the revitalization of a historically-significant housing complex on Water Street.
