Black voter alliance hosts forum, candidates running for Topeka mayor
Affordable housing, police accountability and economic development on Topeka's east side were among a number of topics the city's five mayoral candidates discussed Tuesday in a forum hosted by the local African-American Women's Voter Alliance.
