How locked in. so basically what happens is the thunderstorms develop across the central part of the united states. they produce tornadoes on day one. then the thunderstorms will move east. they continue to produce tornadoes as they move east. by the second and third day when they get to the east coast they are still able to produce tornadoes. staten island, new york. it wasn't a tornado but they had golf ball sized hail falling. the thunderstorms that we are seeing now are the kind that you have to take seriously. large hail, tornadoes, strong damaging winds and the pattern continues. >> for ...
