A third Democrat emerged this week, one with lots of experience in the city Single Tax Office, which the tax collector runs. John Opsasnick, 63, said heâs seriously thinking about seeking the job. The salary is $53,300, which the city and the city school district split because the office collects real-estate and other taxes for both.
