John Opsasnick, 63, said heâs seriously thinking about seeking the job. The salary is $53,300, which the city and the city school district split because the office collects real-estate and other taxes for both. Opsasnick actually worked in the office as an auditor and later tax administrator for 37 years before retiring three years ago. He said
