Testimony in Republican gubernatorial candidate Bob Stefanowski’s effort to remove the Independent Party’s candidate from the ballot ended Thursday without Stefanowski taking the stand. Hartford Superior Court Judge Cesar A. Noble said he will render a decision by Sept. 15 in time for ballots to be finalized.
