He passed peacefully at Legacy Village surrounded by those he loved the most. Taylor was born on May 8, 1932, to Taylor (killed in the line of duty prior to his birth) and Charlie Annie Cawood. Being the youngest of seven siblings and growing up without a father, he developed his faith, strong work ethic and love for family at an early age.
