Trial ordered for Hatboro woman accused of 'profane, racially fueled tirade' against owner of Amy's Family Pizzeria
Rita Frances Bellew, 56, of the 100 block of East Moreland Avenue, Hatboro, was ordered to stand trial on the charges of ethnic intimidation and harassment in Montgomery County Court after she waived a preliminary hearing in district court. Bellew faces a June 7 formal arraignment hearing on the charges. The Hatboro woman was captured on video while engaging in “a profane, racially fueled tirade” against the owner of Amy's Family Pizzeria.
