41-year-old accused of shooting man multiple times in Harrisburg: police Updated Dec 24, 2020; A Harrisburg resident is charged with attempted homicide after police say he shot a man multiple times in the city earlier this month. Patrick T. Brown, 41, shot a man in the “chest and body” around 11:30 p.m. Dec. 11 on the 1400 block of State Street, according to an affidavit of probable cause. The affidavit said the man was dropped off at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital and rushed to surgery. His current condition is unknown.
