monitoring another big story, the cold weather. justin. good morning. >> that's what's hitting the fire fighters in mount vernon. and think about what hit them yesterday. what turns out tonight windiest day of the year average winds yesterday, stronger than that in the blizzard of february 10th. that was the last blizzard we had last year. here we go. this morning, 24 degrees in westminster. we are looking at winds out of the west northwest gusting to 28 miles per hour and bouncing the camera around. maybe bouncing around some of the big trucks as well. umbc, 25 but it feels like 14....
