The Tennessee Registry of Election Finance (TREF) recently dismissed a complaint brought in June against the Hendersonville Firefighters PAC. Hendersonville resident Pam Lecerf filed a sworn complaint June 3 alleging the PAC, a political arm of Hendersonville Firefighters Association Local 3460, violated state election law by failing to disclose who was contributing to the organization.
