deep enough to get a sense of what's happening here. this was really the hardest hit county so far in the state. county saw 25 inches of rain in the last several days. keep in mind also there was a wind event. this storm packed a punch. winds gusting at 45 miles per hour. strong enough to knock over several things, knock down some trees and cause a lot of problems with debris in the roads. here along this coastal road, we are finding that police are in place to make sure that drivers are not surprised when they ran past those low lying areas when they find again, water at least a foo...
