The Arkansas Citizens for Transparency hosted a townhall meeting to discuss a proposed amendment aimed at putting Freedom of Information Act into the constitution. Residents from all across Arkansas came to Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church in Fayetteville to learn more about the proposed amendment.
The second driver moved over to the right shoulder to try and avoid the crash, but was unable to, DPS said.
According to the Texas Dept. of Public Safety, a driver going northbound attempted to pass other vehicles and hit a southbound vehicle head-on.
A 2008 Dodge Ram was westbound on I-40 at an unsafe speed for snowy conditions, DPS said. The vehicle slid off the roadway, into the path of a semi.
