"Nothing destroys like fire. That beautiful building, it's all gone," said a shocked senior ANC MP on Friday after engineers presented their initial assessment of damage caused by the fire at parliament.
A meeting seeking answers about the fire at Parliament had to be postponed because Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, Police Minister Bheki Cele and Public Works and Infrastructure Minister Patricia de Lille were unavailable.
The group joined protesting ANC members outside of the Israeli Embassy in Pretoria and the Department of International Relations and Cooperation offices on Monday.
