LAKELAND — As the summer heat hits its peak, there will be a new option for getting around downtown Lakeland without breaking a sweat. Lakeland's public transit agency will launch a shuttle service dubbed The Squeeze, operating on weekday lunch hours and weekend evenings starting in July.
