Cornwall’s most expensive roads over the past decade have been revealed. Cocklawelva in Rock took the acclaim of Cornwall’s priciest road between 2010 and 2020 after houses sold for an average of £2.39 million during that period. Rock and St Mawes share the top spot for having the greatest number of prime homes. Three of the five most expensive roads in Cornwall were located in St Mawes, with homes in Castle Drive selling for £2.38m between 2010 and 2020 to take second place. Upper Castle Road and Freshwater Lane fetched prices of £1.78m and £1.7m respectively, making them fourth and fifth, whilst Restronguet Point in Feock saw houses sell for an average of £2.14m to take third spot. ....
