A Delhi court on Friday adjourned Shankar Mishra's petition seeking bail to January 30.
Shankar Mishra, accused of urinating on a woman on board an Air India flight from New York to New Delhi, on Wednesday moved a bail plea in Sessions Court of Delhi's Patiala House Court.
Air India Joint Action Forum - a group of six unions, on Tuesday appealed to aviation regulator DGCA to withdraw the suspension of the pilot-in-command of an Air India flight in connection with the urination incident that occurred on November 26 last year.
Earlier, the Indian Pilots' Guild had also stated that may take legal recourse or choose other options following the suspension of the Air India pilot's license.
