Kath Hancock at the Pendle Hospice shop A HOSPICE'S oldest volunteer has died aged 97 after a short illness Great great grandma Kath Hancock, of Trawden, had spent more than 18 years working at the Pendle Hospice’s shop in Colne and on her 96th birthday was featured on ITV’s Granada Reports. She retired from the hospice just over a year ago. Her family have asked for donations in Mrs Hancock's memory to be made to Pendleside.
