Basingstoke Magistrates' Court SEAN NELSON, of Chaucer Close in Basingstoke, has been fined for speeding. On March 9, 2020, the 55-year-old drove a Ford on the A33 Reading Road above the 50mph speed limit. Basingstoke magistrates served him with three points on his licence and ordered him to pay £32 to victim services and fined him an additional £68.
