CANTON A fourth person has been arrested in connection with a shooting that left an 18-year-old southwest Canton man with a "significant injury" to his ear. Juan R. Grogan, who lives on Plain Avenue NE, was arrested at 6 p.m. Thursday - his 29th birthday - at a store in the 4000 block of Tuscarawas Street W by agents with the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force.
