Merdeka.com - Selebgram Aceh Herlin Kenza dan pemilik tempat usaha Wulan Kokula di Lhokseumawe, Aceh, ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. Keduanya dinilai membuat kerumunan saat kebijakan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) Mikro sedang diterapkan.
Penetapan itu dilakukan setelah penyidik memeriksa kedua terduga pelaku dan delapan orang saksi, termasuk satu saksi ahli terkait kerumunan yang terjadi di Pasar Inpres, Lhokseumawe, kata Kabid Humas Polda Aceh, Kombes Pol Winardy, Jumat malam (23/7).
Winardy menjelaskan, berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, secara umum disimpulkan bahwa kerumunan masyarakat di toko grosir Wulan Kokula melanggar Kekarantinaan Kesehatan dengan mengabaikan protokol kesehatan (Prokes), sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam Pasal 93 undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 Jo pasal 55 KUHP. ....
