Ventura County Animal Services receives grant investment VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. - Ventura County Animal Services has received a $27,500 grant investment from Petco Love, a national nonprofit. As a result of this grant award, Ventura County Animal Services will be able to fund a pilot program that will provide services to pets who have treatable, non-life-threatening medical conditions.
