Incidents occurred in August and September, police said By Dan Schere | December 17, 2020 Montgomery County police have charged a driving instructor with inappropriately touching a 23-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl during separate lessons this year. The girl told police that Leon Anthony Johnson Jr., 55, of Aspen Hill, inappropriately touched her and tried to have a “sexual conversation” with her twice in August.
