Flowers from a memorial at Innisdale Secondary School in Barrie were stolen last Saturday, according to Barrie police.
“I was confident it was going to come to a favorable conclusion, without any guilt, because I didn’t do anything illegal,” he said.
Peter Leon, 72, was charged in 2017 for allegedly exploiting a 66-year-old woman he met volunteering as a pastor for a nursing home. But prosecutors said earlier this month that all the charges would be dropped.
