Driver charged after pickup truck crashes through guardrails on Ocean Blvd in Hampton
HAMPTON — A single-vehicle crash involving a pickup truck that barreled through guardrails and a parking meter kiosk Thursday afternoon is under investigation by the Hampton Police Department.
