The buyer was COOKE ST LLC, which is controlled by Richard, Marc and Peter Pare, who are the top executives of Farmington-based All State Construction Inc., which is a tenant in the building. The seller was FJPS LLC, which is controlled by Richard and Fernand Pare, who was the founder of All State Construction Inc.
