As the year draws to a close, we remember some of Pakistan's notable personalities who we lost this year forever. Their loss - for various reasons - added to the despair of the friends and families they left behind as the outbreak of the deadly Covid-19 pandemic upended, among several other things, our traditional ways of mourning the demise of a loved one.
